The new M-100 Microphone features a hybrid design -integrating high-quality Condenser and Dynamic elements. The Condenser Microphone Element produces greater overall frequency response - with clear and crisp audio characteristics - while the Dynamic Microphone Element delivers enhanced low and mid-range frequency response. A set of one-touch buttons on the microphone base enable the two microphone elements to be used independently or in combinations to create the most favorable sound quality for each person's unique voice characteristics.
Built-in Low-Cut (cut-off at 340Hz, -6dB/octave) and High-Cut (cut-off at 2kHz, -6dB/octave) controls shape the low/ high frequency responses enabling changes to be made in the transmitted audio characteristics, according to user's preference and operating conditions.
The supplied TBC (Treble Boost Cowling) further enhances the voice response attributes in the important 1,000 - 1,500 Hz range, in order to develop a penetrating signal with a condensed and specific texture.
The PTT key actuates three Air-Cylinder Tubes, which afford a smooth and comfortable keystroke - free of a hard "click". The incorporation of a magnetic switch ensures long-life and stable operation.
The highly visible ON AIR LED Indicator clearly informs the user when the PTT circuit is active.
The supplied microphone cable can be used to provide power to the M-100 simply by connecting with compatible YAESU HF transceivers*. Current YAESU HF radio owners can immediately start using this new microphone as an exciting and valuable addition to their current ham radio operation. Whether it's for wider-range audio with more presence or focused energy to cut through the pile-ups, the M-100 is an exceptional station asset.
This item does not come with a warranty card.

GigaParts offers a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects on all NEW items sold on eBay. Most items will offer a longer factory warranty, please contact the product's manufacturer for specific warranty information. GigaParts can only warranty items that are in NEW condition, unmodified, with the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and UPC tags in NEW condition. Items not in NEW condition should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Modifications void your warranty (especially radio MARS/CAP modifications). While radio manufacturers will typically take the cause of any problem into consideration, there is no guarantee that they will warranty your radio if it has been modified, even if the modification was not the cause of the defect. Modified radios do not qualify for direct replacement unless GigaParts performed the modification. We guarantee our MARS/CAP modifications will not void the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1 year. However damage caused by transmitting outside the ham bands may not be covered under warranty. Generally, radios that have been modified after purchase are not returnable.
If your order was damaged in shipping or appears to have been opened prior to delivery, please notify the delivery driver and report the problem to GigaParts within 2 business days. Claims for items missing from your shipment must be reported to GigaParts within 2 business days of delivery and the shipping box and all packaging materials must be retained until the claim is settled. Shipping cartons are designed to protect your item while in transit and damage to boxes or packaging materials is not grounds for a claim unless the actual item sustained damage.

GigaParts accepts returns for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Defective items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Items returned as defective will be tested to verify all claims. After testing, if the item is found to be functioning properly, the buyer may incur restocking and/or shipping fees being deducted from the refund.
GigaParts will provide a prepaid return label for defective returns so long as the item is shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For products shipped outside of the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, even on defective items.
Non-defective returns for refund or exchange are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. If your order was shipped, refunds for orders shipped with free freight will be charged the shipping costs. Refusal of shipments may be subject to additional charges and refunds and exchanges for these items will not be processed until the shipment has returned to our dock. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fee's for non-defective returns.
