WaterBoss ProSeries  Series 93 Computer Control Assembly Display
Part number in the owners manual is 93537
Number on the back of the controller is 93209
This was working up until the softener was retired recently due to other issues.
This softener was in our house when we bought it in 2009. I suspect that it was originally installed when the house was built in 1993.
It is in good working condition. It does have very minor cracking on the top surface where the "immediate recharge" button is, but it does not affect its function. (see the second to last photo)
FYI: I included the photo of the owners manual so that you can kind of see what the softener looked like.
