Vintage French Copper Windsor Pan MATFER

Description

This vintage splayed copper Windsor pan is marked with the MATFER logo chefs Toque and FRANCE.  The thick cast iron handle is tightly attached with 3 copper rivets. The pan is tin lined that is intact,  as usual the rivets show some copper coming through on the raised numbers 16. There are no noticeable dents. It sits perfectly flat.  The diameter is 7 1/4" the hight is 3". It has a good weight of 3 lb. 10 oz. thickness of the rim is 2.5 mm. This is a good quality pan that will be a useful addition to a collection.  Thank you for looking.
