Vintage Copper Bottom Silver Bowl 4 5/8" Diameter 13/4" Tall

Vintage Small Silver Bowl Copper Bottom 4 5/8" Diameter 13/4" Tall. This does not have any markings. There are two small protruding areas that possibly could have been an attached handle at one time? See pics. I can't guarantee that this is copper or silver, just looks like it. Hard to get a nice picture of interior as it is like a mirror, but there is some surface scratching and a couple hard water stains. Also has what looks like a slit (see last two pics -first is a closeup). Weighs 3.3 oz. Is not flat on bottom so rolls a little bit.
