    Description
    I love the style of this ring, with the diamond in the center of two colored gemstones (amethyst).   It looks so VINTAGE (and, actually it is)!
    The ring is solid 14k yellow gold, with a gorgeous, fiery old European diamond bezel-set in the center (very slightly open culet) which measures 4.4 mm (about .33 ct).  This diamond is very clean--it is graded as H color and VS2 clarity, by our experienced estate jeweler--it really sparkles.  It's flanked on both sides by an oval faceted natural amethyst ( 6 x 4 mm, approx .45 ct each), set in half bezel and prongs on the outer edge.  Small slices of mother-of-pearl are set above and below the diamond. Total gem weight is approximately 1.23 ctw.
    The head measures 3/8" top to bottom and the gems span 1/2" across the top. The ring is hallmarked KSK 14k.
    It weighs 2.9 grams and is a size 5.5.  It is in excellent vintage condition. The ring can be sized by
    a competent jeweler.
