It features a stunning Oval Ceylon Sapphire .54 CT, surrounded by 8 sparkly White Diamonds with a ttlw of .50 CT. It is set in a slightly raised open back Platinum Mounting. Sapphire is a luxurious Blue and is bezel set. Diamonds are well matched and are pave` set. Front measures 5/8" H x 1/2" W and a weight of 3.8 Grams. Ring is currently a 5 1/4 but could be sized as the back of shank is without design. Inside there is the remnants of 10% Irr Marking, but everything has been tested and is Guaranteed to be as represented! She will absolutely
