Set of 2 handmade Authentic Mexican Copper pans 7" & 10" set Manually hammered
Recommended use with low to medium heat.
These are new (never used) and authentic straight from one of those roadside vendors in mainland Mexico south of Nogales.
Great heat conductivity and/or would look great on display.
There is some discoloration which is a regular thing with bare copper.
Handles are copper as well and do get hot to the touch.
The following is instructions on how to clean copper pans with lemon:
Squeeze the juice of the lemon in a bowl and then sprinkle the salt into the juice. ...
Stir for a minute until the salt dissolves.
Dip a cloth into the solution and wipe the copper.
