This is a 1/2" x 3/4" pinback pin featuring a smiley face Shriner in a fez with Masonic symbols.  It is from the 1970's and can be used as a tie tack, lapel or hat pin.
The 1970's were when the smiley face was at its peak of popularity. The smiley face is yellow and the fez is red; colors are bright.  The back
is gold toned and it has a brass pin gripper.
