Several months ago I sold one of these. That one was in a shipping box/container from “Moss Replacement Coils, Westville OK”. This measures 19” long and 4” in diameter. The larger inlet/outlets on each end is 3/4” NPT  the smaller ones 1/4 NPT. The only marking is etched “8-18-00” over “2886” on one and  & “2890” on the other. Steel tube. The two inlet/outlet fittings (3/8”) on the large end are for the coiled copper heat exchanger in the tube. The two inlet/outlet on the small end just go into the 4” tube.
This appears to have been used some probably in some type of prototype combination. Clean inside. Originally sold to Sea Land Ind., Tacoma WA..
