    Description

    Jos. (Joseph) Heinrichs Pure Copper & Sterling Silver Oval 8" Sauté Pan New York, Untinned. Beautiful, heavy, well-balanced pan (1 lb, 13 oz). Pan oval is 8" by 5.25" and is 1.5" deep. With handle, overall length is 12.5". Bottom imprint reads "JOS. HEINRICHS NEW YORK PURE COPPER STERLING SILVER." Only a thin strip of original tinning remains on the inside of this pan, up near the front rim (see photo). Minor scratches from use, but nothing deep. No dents or warping.
