About Saucy Signs:
Located in rural Australia, Saucy Signs is a creative small business featuring hundreds of original handcrafted wooden signs for you to choose from.  Each sign is created individually and features attention to detail & character, as opposed to mass produced products.  Our signs are created in three stages by and are very affordable considering the work involved in creating them.

If you would like to track your item please choose our other shipping options.  We cannot be responsible for delays or issues beyond our control once items are shipped.
Judging by the positive feedback we've had on lots of different sites, our international standard shipping is relatively fast, with deliveries to The States, The UK & Europe arriving faster than expected.  We've had signs arrive to major international cities in 5 days.  Generally, our international delivery times range from 7 - 14 days.
Size and features:
Our signs measure approximately 12 x 9 inches or 30 x 21 cms.  Additionally, signs that appear to have white lettering actually have a neutral, light timber coloured font.   Oh… and avoid hanging your sign where it can get wet.
Custom signs:
We can customize signs and create a sign with almost anything you want on it, subject to formatting.  Just message us with your requirements.  We can place any combinations on them or word them however you like. Custom signs may take a little longer to make & ship.  As soon as your sign's ready, we'll message you and list it on Ebay for you to purchase.  Wholesale or bulk enquiries are welcome.
Shipping:
We ship all over Australia & Worldwide.  If we have your sign in stock we will post it almost immediately. Generally we make a unique sign just for you as soon as you place your order.  Our signs take on average 2-3 days to dry & complete.
Please keep in mind that processing time on Ebay is calculated in "Business Days" therefore signs ordered late in the week may not be shipped until early the following week. If you have any queries regarding the progress of your sign and its delivery, please feel free to message us.
Also:
Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address when making payment, as any errors cannot be rectified once your item is shipped and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Payments & How to Pay by Card:
We accept secure payments via Paypal.  We also accept various major credit cards.  If you wish to pay by card, when you get to the Paypal checkout, look for the 'pay with a debit or credit card' link and away you go!

If you have any questions or concerns about any of the signs you would like to purchase, or have indeed purchased, please message us and we'll be happy to discuss item specifics and any other enquiries, or indeed, resolve any issues.
Please contact us if a problem arises before leaving feedback, as most problems can be sorted very easily.  We strive to rectify any issues our customers may have, even if it's out of our hands, so to speak.  For example, we've posted signs to Queensland in Australia that have actually ended up in Scotland three months later! The fine print:
Once a transaction has been confirmed by the buyer, it is a legally binding contract of purchase. Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. If payment is not received within 5 days of purchase then a 'Non Paying Buyer Dispute' is filed automatically by Ebay, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.
Unfortunately, we accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Australia Post or other international postal services.
