This curious little box is about 2 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches wide. It is hinged, but the hinge pin is missing. No maker's markings. The lion/griffin (?) heraldry style legs are brass and have some wear. Otherwise, a nice mostly even copper patina and some light wear.
