Description

Hand Pounded Antique Copper Smelting Pot. Pot weighs just shy of 2 pounds. It's about 1/16th" thick at the top and about 1/8th" thick at the bottom. Very well made pot. I was told it was used for Smelting lead. The rim is a little lop sided on, probably due to the heavy use. The handle is solidly attached, no movement at all. Other then needing some more cleaning, it's a great copper pot!
