This product is available due to the closing of a very high end children's retailer.  They are liquidating their inventory on eBay using our listing service. They are authorized dealers of this product and it is all Genuine, Authentic & original.  It is NOT fake or a knockoff.
Due to the nature of the goods, the consignor does not want to allow for returns.  Their concern is that the product will be damaged or compromised through excessive handling and once the product is no longer new, it will lose value.  They understand that they will lose some sales as a result of this policy but it is their preference and we stand by them.
