Available for immediate purchase is a wonderful copper mixing bowl measuring 10 1/2" in diameter and 5" high.  Weight is 1 1/2 lbs. It has one brass tab for hanging.  It has a rounded bottom.  This kind of bowl is ideal for beating egg whites and making meringue.  The copper has a chemical reaction with the protein in egg whites to produce a superior product.  No need for cream of tartar!
