Description
Ideal for situations where soap and water are unavailable, the Clean Up K-SAN-L liquid hand sanitizer reduces bacteria on surfaces that could spread germs and cause disease. Ethanol—a powerful broad-spectrum germicide—is used as the base and active ingredient in this solution; solutions with this active ingredient are considered superior to those using isopropyl alcohol. Ethanol doesn't have defatting agents like isopropyl alcohol, so it won't dry out or irritate the skin.
Because it's still alcohol based, it's more effective than non-alcohol options. This sanitizer has a liquid consistency, so it doesn't have the same thickening agent that's found in gel solutions. With its texture, the solution provides complete coverage of users' hands, but it's more likely to spill onto other surfaces and the floor.
