Trays are crafted of durable food grade stainless steel with a brilliant shine,  easy to maintain with mild soap and a soft cloth, much better than aluminium

Communion tray holds
40 cups,  measures 12-1/4" diameter x 2-1/2" high. 10-3/4" inside diameter (trays are stackable up to 5), each tray is about 3lbs
Bread tray measures 10-1/2" diameter x 3-1/2" high (without cross). 7-1/2" inside diameter , the tray with lid is about 2lbs.
