I am really happy with this product. I was looking all over for a jewelry armoire and I couldn't find anything that wasn't mostly made of MDF which I was trying to avoid. This has been great because I can put not only jewelry in it but other smallish items like scarves or running clothes. The bottom of the drawers and the back are plywood but that's fine with me since the rest of it is wood. I just bought craft paper I liked to line it. You can slightly see the grain of the wood through the white finish but that is also why I love it. I don't typically go for painted wood but I was happy with this finish, it is definitely not a thick overpainted look. Drawers are easy to open, it is a plastic runner system but since I am not putting anything heavy in the drawers that is fine. I am extremely happy with this product. I may even buy the smaller 6 drawer version for inside my closet to use for laying sweaters flat.
