It does have irregularity to its copper surface  , as seen 2 last photos. near the handle area. It has tiny possible surface flea bite dings all commiserate to its age.  As is  vintage to antique used condition  without returns

I’m not an expert to copper wear, but appears this is likely French and 19C.as referencing others like this online.
