Al Malaikah Circus Shriners Pin.
The pin is oval, blue and features the a shriners owl holding two balloons.  Pin measures approx. 3/4" x 1". Pin is in great condition, but I did notice a small scratch on the blue enamel portion (you may be able to see it on the close-up photo).
