This is an original signed, inscribed and dated photo of stage and screen star Lucile Webster Gleason more well known as Lucile Gleason.  This photo measures 5” x 7” and is inscribed:
To Audrey Sincerely Lucile Webster Gleason
This back of the back of the photo has the date the original owner obtained the autograph “Oct. 6 –‘43”
This photo is from the collection of prolific autograph collector Audrey Baxter of Cincinnati, Ohio who collected many thousands of autographs mostly in person from the 1920s to 1960s.   This photo is definitely hand signed and inscribed to the original owner.   The authenticated but I am sure it is original.  Overall condition is very good with some small spot with contact loss to the paper mostly in the margin near the upper right hand corner not affecting image or autograph.  Overall condition is very good.  Email any questions.
