1940's Glossy Photograph Of Hollywood Actress Anne Baxter?. I located this photograph in a collection of glossy photographs of Hollywood movie stars (Claude Rains, Laurence Olivier, Vivien Leigh, Barbara Stanwyck, Lillian Gish and Bing Crosby),  from the 1940s. As you can see there is no identification of the identity of this actress, but she looked so familiar to me, that I thought I must know who she is, but I could not figure it out. The bottom left of the photograph shows the numbers " 1241-100Ag" (the last letter, what seems to be a "g", is not totally clear). After much thought and recently having seen the movie "Yellow Sky", in which Anne Baxter starred with Gregory Peck and Richard Widmark, I think that the actress in the photograph is Anne Baxter.
